Tavernier has established himself as an important player under Bournemouth manager Marco Rose, with his performances catching the attention of Arsenal and Manchester United.

The Gunners are expected to strengthen their attacking options in January, with Mikel Arteta keen to bring in further competition on the left wing.
Now, a fresh update on Arsenal’s transfer plans has emerged.
Arsenal closely monitoring Bournemouth duo

According to Graeme Bailey of TEAMtalk, Arsenal have been closely monitoring Tavernier’s progress and have already compiled scouting reports on the Bournemouth star.
The north London club are understood to be assessing potential left-wing targets, with Tavernier among the players who have impressed Arsenal’s recruitment team.
Manchester United are also keeping tabs on the 27-year-old, while Newcastle United remain long-term admirers.
Tottenham Hotspur also considered a potential move for Tavernier during the summer transfer window.
The Bournemouth winger has scored six goals in 14 appearances across all competitions this season, further strengthening his reputation as one of the Premier League’s most versatile attacking players.

Tavernier primarily operates on the left wing but is also capable of playing in central midfield, across the forward line and even as a wing-back.
His versatility could make him an attractive option for Arteta, who values players capable of operating in several different positions.
However, Tavernier is not the only Bournemouth player attracting interest from Arsenal.
The Gunners have also been heavily linked with a potential move for his teammate Eli Junior Kroupi, who remains firmly on the club’s radar ahead of the January transfer window.
According to a separate report from TEAMtalk earlier this week, Arsenal are among several European clubs interested in signing the 20-year-old French forward.
Kroupi is reportedly flattered by Arsenal’s interest, although Bournemouth are determined to keep hold of the youngster.

The Cherries are reluctant to sanction a January departure, with Kroupi under contract until June 2030.
Arsenal have also been keeping a close eye on Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott, who has impressed the club’s recruitment team.
The latest developments suggest that Arsenal are paying particular attention to Bournemouth’s squad as sporting director Andrea Berta continues to assess potential targets.
Tavernier joined Bournemouth from Middlesbrough in the summer of 2022 and has since established himself as a key player at the Vitality Stadium.
The Englishman has made more than 100 Premier League appearances for the Cherries and remains an important part of Rose’s plans.
His performances this season have also reportedly brought him into consideration for Thomas Tuchel’s next England squad.
With Arsenal and Manchester United both monitoring his progress, Tavernier could become a player to watch in the coming months.
However, there is currently no indication that Arsenal have made a formal approach or submitted an offer for the winger.
