Report from France: Arsenal in concrete talks to sign in-form striker — he favours Premier League move

Arsenal have reportedly held talks over signing Lille striker Jonathan David this summer.
The 25-year-old's contract with the French club expires at the end of the season, making him an attractive free-agent option for several clubs in need of a new No. 9.
Previous reports have claimed that David has no intention of extending his Lille contract. A number of top European clubs, including Arsenal, have been linked with a summer move for the Canada international.
According to Le10Sport journalist Alexis Bernard, Arsenal, Tottenham, and Manchester United have all held concrete discussions over a potential deal for David.
German giants Borussia Dortmund are also interested and are believed to be monitoring the situation closely.
However, David is reportedly prioritising a move to the Premier League, giving Arsenal and other English clubs an edge in securing his signature.
