BILD: Arsenal keen on Eintracht Frankfurt goal machine – PL rivals circling

Arsenal are reportedly among a host of clubs interested in signing Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitiké this summer.
 

The 22-year-old has had a magnificent season so far with the German side, netting 19 times and providing eight assists.

His impressive form has attracted interest from several top clubs across Europe, including Arsenal.

German newspaper BILD reports today that Arsenal, in particular, are very keen on the French striker. Other Premier League clubs, including Newcastle, Liverpool, and Manchester United, are also closely monitoring Ekitiké's situation.

BILD also states that Eintracht Frankfurt are preparing for the player's departure, having already lined up Mainz forward Jonathan Burkardt as a potential replacement.

Hugo Ekitiké's current market value is believed to be around €40 million, but Eintracht Frankfurt are expected to demand closer to €80 million if they decide to sell the Frenchman.
