Arsenal are reportedly among several clubs interested in signing Levante striker Etta Eyong ahead of the January transfer window.
The 22-year-old joined Levante from La Liga rivals Villarreal as recently as last summer, but could already be on the move.
The Cameroon international has made an impressive start to the 2025/26 season, scoring six goals and providing three assists in all competitions so far.
Eyong, who is highly regarded within football circles, has attracted significant interest ahead of the upcoming transfer window. According to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, six top clubs are monitoring the striker — Barcelona, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United.
It is understood that Barcelona are leading the race and view Eyong as a potential long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski, who is expected to leave the club at the end of the season.
The same report adds that Eyong hopes to agree a move in January while remaining at Levante until the end of the campaign. He is believed to have a £25 million release clause for Spanish clubs, while foreign teams would need to pay closer to £35 million.
