Arsenal among three clubs keen on Maximilian Beier

According to TEAMtalk journalist Graeme Bailey, Arsenal are interested in Borussia Dortmund forward Maximilian Beier.
It is understood Arsenal scouts have been impressed by the 23-year-old German’s performances over the last 12 months.
Beier, who can also operate as a winger and as a No. 10, has now been included on Arsenal’s shortlist of forward targets.
Arsenal believe Beier could be well suited to the Premier League, with his playing style believed to have similarities to that of fellow Germany teammate Kai Havertz.

The Gunners view Beier as an attractive striker option, given his ability to play in several different positions.
Since joining Dortmund, Beier has registered 21 goals and 19 assists in 97 appearances across all competitions.
In addition to Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham have also shown interest in the Dortmund star.

The German’s current deal with Dortmund runs until the summer of 2029.
The bigger picture
Arsenal’s recruitment team continues to focus on players who fit the club’s long-term strategy under Mikel Arteta. Technical quality, tactical intelligence and versatility remain key attributes as the club assesses potential additions ahead of the new campaign.
The club has consistently looked to add players capable of improving both the starting XI and overall squad depth, particularly with the demands of competing in the Premier League and Champions League. Arsenal are expected to strengthen multiple areas of the squad this summer and continue to monitor opportunities across Europe and South America.
Arsenal are expected to make several important decisions regarding the composition of the squad. While strengthening key areas remains a priority, the club could also consider offers for certain players if it helps fund new arrivals and maintain financial flexibility.
Securing the futures of key players remains just as important as making new signings. Arsenal have worked hard to build one of the strongest squads in Europe, and maintaining stability within the group will be crucial as the club looks to continue competing for major honours.
